The terms you agreed to

These terms govern your use of enpet.ai — the pet-care platform used by grooming salons, boarding facilities, daycares, and trainers, and by pet owners through the owner portal. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

Use enpet.ai only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to access data that isn’t yours, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, or use the platform to harass others or send unlawful messages. Businesses are responsible for the messages they send to their customers and for having a lawful basis to contact them.

3. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the content you provide. How personal data is handled — including your rights under GDPR and CCPA and how AI features process data — is described in our Privacy & Data policy. A business using enpet.ai is the controller of its customer records; enpet.ai processes that data to provide the service.

4. Payments

Paid plans and transaction fees, where they apply, are billed as described at sign-up or in your account. Charges made by a pet-care business to its customers are between that business and its customer; enpet.ai provides the payment tooling but is not a party to those transactions unless stated otherwise.

5. Service availability

We work to keep enpet.ai reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, enpet.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts of the independent businesses that use the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms. You can request export or deletion of your personal data as described in the Privacy & Data policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will update the version above and, where appropriate, ask you to re-accept. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
